    Edith Margaret (Crown) Strevey (age 88) of Fullerton, CA went home to be with the Lord on June 17, 2022. She was born October 23, 1933, in Whittier, CA to Orman and Sophia Crown.  Edye graduated from South Gate High School in 1953 and received a nursing degree from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in 1955.  She spent her life passionately pursuing what she loved; nursing, cooking, entertaining, traveling domestically and abroad.  Edye was an avid USC football fan, attending games and tailgating with family and friends.  She was dedicated to her faith, serving at her church in Fullerton for many years.  Preceding her in death was her loving husband, Joseph Kent.  No local services are planned.
