With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beautiful mom Annie Martinez Montejano, age 91 passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026.

She was born on January 30, 1935 to parents Mercedes Saldana Martinez and Gregorio Martinez orange county, where she was raised and lived her entire life. She went on to marry Tony Manuel Montejano, had 6 children: Tony Jr., Shirley, Eddie, Lorraine, Nancy and Jo Ann; 11 Grandkids, 10 Great Grandkids and 3 Great, Great Grandkids.

About our mom: to know her, was to love her. She would welcome anyone, was very kind, and never complained. She raised 6 children, and didn’t drive, so she and the family often took the bus to doctor appointments.

Our mom was an Avon Lady for many years, often going door to door selling. Among her other hobbies, she and my dad love going to garage sales and swap meets. They would hang out with good friends and family, go on road trips to Vegas and Laughlin, and watch her favorite old TV shows and good movies. Mom raised lots of birds, parakeets, cockatiels, and the last breed were love birds. Mom was also a 100% Dodger's fan through and through. Go Dodgers!

Mom may you rest peacefully in heaven, we will miss your smile and touch, but we will forever keep you in our hearts until we meet again. Love you.
